Welcome to Vocade! By accessing or using our services, including the Vocade website and application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vocade, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

Vocade provides a speech-to-text tool that allows you to interact with AI IDEs by dictating instructions, which the AI IDE processes (but does not generate code). You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Creation: To use some features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Compliance: You are responsible for your use of the Service, including any data or instructions you provide to the AI IDE through Vocade. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes.
• Security: You agree to maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software or underlying technology provided by Vocade.
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair Vocade or interfere with any other user's use of the Service.
• Use the Service to create or distribute harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Use the Service to engage in activities that violate applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, designs, text, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Vocade. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Payment and Subscription

• Subscription Fees: If you are using a paid version of the Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described during the subscription process.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vocade, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.
